Everything you need to know before purchasing.
After purchase, you'll receive a ZIP file. Go to your OJS admin panel → Settings → Website → Plugins → Upload a New Plugin, and select the ZIP. The plugin will be ready to configure immediately. Detailed installation guides are included with every purchase.
Each plugin page lists exact compatibility. Most plugins support OJS 3.4.x and 3.5.x. We test against the latest stable OJS release and update our plugins when new OJS versions are released.
Your purchase covers the OJS version you selected. Bug fixes for that version are included at no extra cost. When a new major OJS version is released (e.g. 3.5 → 3.6), an upgraded plugin version will be available at a reduced price. Your current version continues to work as long as you stay on the same OJS version.
A Regular license covers one journal on one OJS instance. If you run multiple journals, the Extended license covers unlimited journals on a single instance. Contact us for volume pricing.
If a plugin doesn't work as described and we can't resolve the issue, we'll provide a full refund within 14 days of purchase. We want you to be completely satisfied — just reach out to our support and we'll work it out.
